Case Management Lead

Mercedes Taylor is a Case Management Lead who serves as the primary point of contact for clients, medical providers, and attorneys throughout the lifecycle of a case. She focuses on keeping cases moving efficiently from intake to settlement by managing communication, documentation, and deadlines while supporting attorneys with organized files and accurate records.

With experience in both insurance claims adjusting and personal injury case management, Mercedes brings a well-rounded understanding of the claims process from both the insurer’s and claimant’s perspectives. She holds an All Lines Independent Claims Adjuster License and is licensed in 11 states, giving her extensive knowledge of insurance coverage, liability evaluation, and settlement negotiation.

Mercedes chose the legal field because of her passion for helping people navigate difficult and often overwhelming situations. She finds fulfillment in guiding clients through the recovery process, answering their questions, and providing consistent support during some of the most stressful times in their lives.

Mercedes earned her Associate of Applied Arts degree from Tarrant County College and is a graduate of DeSoto High School. She is originally from South Bend, Indiana.
